Soft upper wheel

Open up a new world of possibilities for your English wheel with our soft upper wheel! Have you tried the rubber band on your upper wheel when you just needed to roll form a part? Can you get it to stay in place? Nope didn't think so!!! Anyone that has been to the shop for a class or a visit has seen the assortment of stuff on Pat's wheeling bench, its a lot of stuff! When it came to roll forming it was a 'Goldilocks' issue, this one was too hard, too soft, too big, too small, Well not anymore!! We 3d print this entire soft upper wheel in house to be the right hardness that we feel is ideal for roll forming. Available in 2inx8in and 3inx8in axle size is 3/4.  The upper wheel is modular so if you do batch work and you find that you want one a little harder of softer we can just make you a new "tire" to your specifications!!
